Legal and acceptable content
Glory Graphics will not create, modify, convert, or process any information, graphics, text, video, audio,
or any other media that is unlawful in the USA or that is indecent, obscene, or adult material.
The rights of all documents that you submit to us must belong to you or be in the public domain.
You are responsible for keeping track of all copyrights and other rights of any materials
that you submit to us.
Identification Information
You agree to supply Glory Graphics with correct information for our records,
and you have a continued obligation to keep this information current as long
as you are receiving services from Glory Graphics. You also agree that you are
an authorized user of any checks, credit cards, or other means of payment
that you supply to us and agree that we have an obligation to fully investigate
any possible fraudulent transactions.
Privacy
We do not sell, give away, or distribute any customer information to any person or entity. PERIOD.
The one exception to this is when we are required to share information with qualified
law enforcement agencies for their lawful purposes.
Indemnification
You hereby agree to indemnify, defend, save and hold harmless Glory Graphics from any and all demands,
liability, penalties, losses, damages, costs, claims, expenses, attorneys' fees asserted against
Glory Graphics, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from
any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or causes of action or claims
caused by or resulting indirectly from your use of the service which damages either you,
Glory Graphics, or any other party or parties without limitation or exception.
Warranties
Although we try our best to work with clients to give them the best possible services and customize
projects to meet their individual needs, Glory Graphics provides the services "as is" without warranty
of any kind. In the event that Glory Graphics provides you with products in conjunction with
other services, Glory Graphics also provides those products "as is" without warranty of any kind,
whether express or implied. Glory Graphics disclaims all implied warranties, including the
implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event shall Glory Graphics be liable for any direct, consequential, loss of profit, special,
exemplary or punitive damages, even if Glory Graphics has been advised of the possibility of such damages,
that you incur from the usage of information obtained.
Notwithstanding anything here to the contrary, Glory Graphics shall not be liable for any claim brought
by clients for any amounts in excess of the aggregate of the amounts paid by the clients.
Glory Graphics will not be responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer.
Applicable law, jurisdiction, and service
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Roane County Tennessee and the United States of America.
If any part of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity,
legality or enforceability of the remainder of the Agreement will not be affected or impaired in any way.
Regardless of the place of signing this agreement, the client agrees that for purposes of venue this
contract was entered in Roane County Tennessee, and any dispute will be litigated or arbitrated in the
courts of Roane County Tennessee, USA.
Furthermore, defendants waive all objections to venue and acknowledge that venue in any such
litigation will be held in Roane County Tennessee's courts.
In no event shall Glory Graphics' maximum liability exceed five hundred ($500.00) dollars.
Glory Graphics reserves the right to change or revise its policies at any time.
